"The worst place to get insurance, the agents here specifically Dawn doesn't know how to cancel a policy or set them up correctly. Not to mention she never calls you back when she says she going to, AND uses her office as a daycare center for her grandkids. If you can't be committed to a job why even be there. They need to train these people on communication and their own policies. Save your money and time and go any where but here!!"

"If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This agency is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. On top of being rude and attempting to push me into a life insurance policy because I’m “so young and there’s no way I have a savings to support myself alone in case something happens” (he laughed whenever I said I did, and still tried to push it), as the agent said, they do not respond. I have called and talked to their front desk, called to leave voicemails because they’re always unavailable, I have emailed, I have physically come into the office… I get a half response every other week if at all concerning a policy they have been overcharging me for a year. On top of if you have a claim, that office will not help you. Not even to help you get into contact with the person actually handling your claim. They tell you to call back, try again later, or call the 1-800 numbers. I will be switching agencies immediately."

"They have quite a few issues getting your bill properly adjusted. It seems when a correction needs made they can't get things corrected for whatever reason. Not entirely impressed if I'm being honest and I hate that because Whitney at the front desk tries to be very helpful."
